Your enquiry
We collect your contact details, the information you choose to provide about your children and proposed entry, visit preferences, and correspondence about your enquiry. A child's name is optional. Please do not include medical, safeguarding or other sensitive information in this form; contact the school to discuss a suitable way to share it.
We use this information to respond, arrange visits, manage applications and follow-up, and understand how families hear about the school. This supports the steps you request towards a possible school place and the school's legitimate interests in administering admissions. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a visit or a place.
Optional school news
School news and future admissions-event emails are optional. We record your choice separately and rely on your consent for these emails. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting the school; this does not affect your enquiry or the use of information before withdrawal.
Access and storage
Authorised school staff use the admissions system according to their responsibilities. The school's IT and hosting providers support the service under the school's instructions. Staff sign in using Microsoft 365; parents do not need a Microsoft account. The form uses essential session and security cookies. This admissions service does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We retain information securely for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry, a future-entry request, or another legitimate and lawful school purpose. Closed enquiries are subject to retention review; a future entry date may mean information is needed for longer. If a child joins, relevant information becomes part of the school's admissions and pupil records. Restricted backups may retain information until those backups are replaced or expire.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask about transferring information. The school may need to retain some information to meet its obligations. Please contact the school office and ask for Annette Nightingale, the school's compliance contact.
If you remain concerned about how your information is handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. The school office can also provide its full privacy notice for pupils, parents, guardians and staff.
